• "Account" refers to a user account created to use the Service

• "Short URL" refers to shortened URLs generated by the Service

The Company provides the following services:

• URL shortening and redirection services
• Click analytics and statistics
• Link management dashboard
• Custom domain support (paid plans)
• Team collaboration features (paid plans)
• API access (paid plans)

The Company may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with appropriate notice.

Users must register an account to access certain features of the Service. Registration requirements include:

• Providing accurate and complete information
• Maintaining the security of account credentials
• Promptly updating account information when necessary
• Being responsible for all activities under the account

The Company reserves the right to refuse registration or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

The Service has the following limitations based on user plans:

• Free Plan: 100 URLs per month, 90-day expiration, basic analytics
• Basic Plan: 1,000 URLs per month, permanent links, advanced analytics
• Pro Plan: Unlimited URLs, custom domains, team features

The Company may modify these limitations with appropriate notice.

All intellectual property rights in the Service, including software, design, and trademarks, belong to the Company. Users retain ownership of their original content but grant the Company necessary licenses to provide the Service.

For paid services:

• Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• Refunds are handled according to our refund policy
• Price changes will be communicated with advance notice

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The Company disclaims all warranties and shall not be liable for:

• Service interruptions or technical issues
• Loss of data or content
• Actions of third parties
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

These Terms may be terminated:

• By users at any time by deleting their account
• By the Company for violation of these Terms
• By the Company with notice for business reasons
